Emma and Jon met in Austin, Texas. They were friends initially but quickly started dating in March 2020. Their first official date was planned for the day Austin shut down from COVID-19, and Jon's dinner reservations turned into a bag of tacos and takeout margaritas on top of Mount Bonnell.
Their mutual love of boating, traveling, food, and spending quality time with family catapulted the relationship into something serious. After three years in Austin, they decided to move their relationship to Boston, Massachusetts. Shortly after, Jon proposed to Emma in December of 2023 in her hometown of Winter Park, Florida. They are so excited to celebrate in February of 2025 with the family and friends who helped shape them into the people and couple they are today.
